Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Performance Manager to join our team at AtkinsRéalis Major Projects inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the activities of the team to ensure all work is carried out efficiently, in line with strategic project management plans, policies, and procedures.

This includes building and leading a motivated, engaged, and competent team by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet functional challenges and goals.

The Project Performance Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with project teams to identify and track project risks and issues, developing mitigation and resolution plans, and providing regular project status updates to stakeholders including senior management.
