We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Performance Manager to join our team at Qiddiya Investment Company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance management and reporting processes for our extensive development projects.
As a key leader within the Development Management Office, you will develop and implement performance metrics, enhance reporting structures, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Design and Establish Performance Frameworks: Develop and implement performance management frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of development initiatives.
- Lead Performance Reporting: Lead the development and maintenance of project performance dashboards and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with Project Managers: Collaborate with project managers to gather data and provide analytical insights on project performance and outcomes.
You will conduct regular performance reviews and report findings to senior leadership, making recommendations for strategic improvements. Your expertise will be critical in evaluating project performance, assessing risks, and identifying areas for improvement within our operations.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: At least 12-15 years of relevant experience in performance management, reporting, or a similar role within the development or project management sectors.
- Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge and experience in establishing performance metrics and reporting frameworks.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record in managing and leading cross-functional teams towards achieving performance excellence.
