Job Summary

CARE is seeking a highly qualified Childcare Professional to join our team. This role involves working with children in an educational or recreational setting, providing them with a safe environment that fosters optimal developmental growth.

  1. The ideal candidate should have fluency in English Language and the ability to work under the Montessori System using its materials and techniques.
  2. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working with children is essential.
  3. The successful applicant will be responsible for meeting deadlines regarding paperwork (reports, newsletters, and Montessori Booklets).
  4. Additional responsibilities include training and workshops on Saturdays and tracking children's progress to communicate with parents regularly.
  5. The selected candidate must be cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable, and accountable for students' accidents under supervision.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
