Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing all financial transactions related to projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and payment terms, managing collections, vendor invoices, payments, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Transactions Monitoring: Monitor all transactions related to projects, including AP, A/R, Project, GL, Inventory, Controlling, etc.
  2. Contract Compliance: Study client contracts and ensure sales invoices are issued based on payment terms.
  3. Collections Management: Ensure all collections are recorded either through the treasury or bank, clearing for all collections with sales invoices.
  4. Vendor Invoice Finalization: Follow up with BU to finalize all vendor invoices received due to completed progress, revise if necessary.
  5. Payment Processing: Ensure payments for due vendor invoices are issued based on payment terms, clarity for advance payments with progress vendor invoices.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare aging report, shortage billing report, critical issues reports, and provisions for doubtful amounts.
Banks and Treasury:
  1. Daily Bank Statement Review: Check daily statements of account for all banks, ensuring no risks in bank transactions.
  2. Bank Transaction Upload: Upload all daily bank transactions on ZFF67 for banks not linked with MT940.
