Role:

Abyat is seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Sales Representative [Key Account Manager] to manage and expand sales within construction, architecture, and design projects. The ideal candidate will develop relationships with contractors, architects, designers, consultants, and developers to promote and sell Abyat's solutions in Furniture and Finishing. This role involves handling project-based sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with contractors, architects, designers, and developers to secure project sales.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Promote Abyat's construction, architectural, and interior design solutions to clients.
  • Provide tailored product recommendations and solutions that meet project specifications and client needs.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and project agreements while ensuring profitability.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, procurement, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and project updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project-based sales within the construction, architectural, or interior design industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, project management, and procurement processes.
  • Experience in handling large-scale B2B sales and working with developers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight sales targets and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
  • Existing network and relationships within the construction, architecture, and design sectors.
  • Knowledge of Abyat's product portfolio and industry trends.
  • Strong understanding of project specifications, tendering processes, and technical product applications.
