Job Description

The successful candidate will report to the Commercial Director and will be responsible for interfacing with the client, managing pre and post contract issues.

They will ensure high quality of service and deliverables, compliant with governance and procedures, ensuring quality standards in all produced works and conduct are met.

They will produce reports and presentations for both internal reporting and client presentation.

Requirements
  • Degree qualified in quantity surveying from a western institution.
  • Member of a professional body (i.e., MRICS).
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience of managing pre and post contracts.
  • Previous Middle East/GCC experience.

As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will work closely with the client and the Commercial Director to ensure the success of the project.
