Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cost Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for analyzing project documents and preparing technical reports, developing execution methodologies and schedules, performing quantity surveying and cost estimation, consulting and analyzing subcontractor offers.

About the Role:
  • Analyze project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies through value engineering and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain and update project cost estimates and budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in construction techniques and budget management
  • Expertise in industry software (AutoCAD, ROBOBAT, Microsoft Project, Primavera)
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry and equipment
  • Technical English proficiency
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, and organizational abilities
  • Hard Skills: Cost estimation and analysis, project management, financial acumen, risk analysis, and value engineering
