  • Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
  • Assist guests with security-related concerns and provide a safe environment.
  • Resolve conflicts diplomatically and effectively.
  • Document all security incidents and maintain accurate records.
  • Protect hotel property from damage, theft, and vandalism.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration.
  • Two to Three years' prior experience in a similar role.
  • International luxury hotel chain background.
  • GCC exposure.
  • English Fluency is required.
  • Arabic Fluency is preferred.
