">The Role
">We're seeking a Senior Design Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for overseeing the creation of neighborhood master plans and architectural designs for THE LINE Neighborhoods. This role involves managing a Neighborhood architectural design consultant, organizing, coordinating, and ensuring design work is executed according to NEOM THE LINE Plan of Work, and Consultants scope of services, schedule, quality, and budget.
">This position requires a strong understanding of Quality Assurance and Requirements compliance, working closely with Design Directors and client teams. The Senior Design Manager will be responsible for designing a neighborhood covering approximately 500,000 m² of assets.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Reviewing designs to ensure project requirements are met.
- Coordinating design meetings and workshops.
- Ensuring design compliance with regulations and standards.
- Managing risk and safety in design.
- Leading multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
">- Strong background in architecture and urban design.
- Experience in project management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite.
