We are seeking an experienced Sr MEP BIM Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our company's digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in MEP, excellent communication skills, and experience working with large-scale design and construction projects, particularly in the UAE market.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and maintaining BIM execution plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish and manage the project's common data environment (CDE).
  • Providing expert guidance on BIM best practices, process automation, and data accuracy.
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements, ensuring a smooth project delivery experience.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably with a strong background in MEP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience working with large-scale design and construction projects, particularly in the UAE market.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk or Bentley suite, as well as ISO 19650 and ISO 7817 standards.
