Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our delivery station team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the delivery station, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Oversight: Review operational forecasts and determine productivity requirements for sort operations, manage a team group to meet all building's goals.
  2. Safety and Service Quality: Support all safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and Delivery Service Providers.
  3. Process Improvement: Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience
  • 2+ years Direct management experience for employees and their performance
  • 2+ years experience with performance metrics and process improvement (why-why, data analysis tools)
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
