Job Summary:

As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple locations or branches within a designated area. This includes ensuring each branch meets operational and financial goals, leading and managing a team of branch managers and staff, and implementing company policies and procedures across all locations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business strategies to improve operational efficiency and sales
  2. Lead and manage a team of branch managers and staff
  3. Implement company policies and procedures across all locations
  4. Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to staff to improve performance
  5. Manage and maintain stock, inventory, and budgeting for multiple locations
  6. Ensure excellent customer service standards are met at each location
  7. Analyze and report on key performance metrics across the region
  8. Liaise with senior management to align regional goals with corporate objectives

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  2. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in area or regional management, preferably in retail or hospitality industries
