Job Highlights:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients, including product demonstrations, technical specifications, and solution recommendations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and market demands.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and maximize revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business expansion and growth.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by management, consistently striving for excellence in performance.
Qualifications:
- Saudi national preferred to align with job requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lighting sales or a similar technical sales role in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience with Odoo system and CRM & Leads generation systems.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business success and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
