About the Role

The successful candidate will report into the Head of Legal and be based in Riyadh. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert guidance on commercial agreements to our Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborating with Consumer Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to negotiate and draft partnership agreements and terms and conditions of campaigns.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and key legislative changes.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency within the legal team.
  • Providing comprehensive legal support for corporate policies, trainings, and compliance programs.
  • Managing outside counsel as needed.
  • Performing other legal duties as required.
