Obeikan Investment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our software products.
Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to understand customer needs and market trends, and translating them into actionable product requirements.
- Product Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with the company's strategic goals. Continuously prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, market trends, and technical feasibility.
- Agile Development Collaboration: Work closely with development teams in an agile environment, participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Provide clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring they are well-defined, specific, and measurable. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
- Design and UX Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Review and provide feedback on design mockups and prototypes.
- Release Planning and Coordination: Coordinate release planning activities, working closely with development, QA, and deployment teams to ensure smooth and timely product releases.
- Product Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials. Regularly communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including executives, development teams, and customers.
- Product Performance Analysis and Improvement: Monitor and analyze product performance, gathering customer feedback and usage data to inform product improvements and prioritize future development efforts.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment.
- Demonstrated success in delivering software products, preferably in an agile environment.
- Excellent understanding of software development methodologies and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Understanding of market trends and customer needs in the software industry.
