About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Energy Jobline. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on blow molding and injection molding equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Conduct repairs and rebuilds of spare parts to maintain equipment efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in maintaining manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience with Gem Wheel, Husky, Sidel, Palletizer, and Airveyor equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, with ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
  • Ability to interpret technical and operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodation.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of $25 and up, based on experience.
  • Shift differential of $2.50 for 2nd shift and $2 for 3rd shift or 12-hour night shift.
