Maintenance and Operations Leader

**Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring all related tasks related to Material Handling Systems Preventive and Corrective maintenance activities in accordance with workflows QMS, HSE plan, and related Standard Operating Procedures.
They will also ensure technical issues are resolved on time for any operational impact regarding bag processing and technical solutions, and prepare daily maintenance reports based on work orders.
In addition, they will ensure all activities are documented with work orders in CMMS and ensure smooth cooperation with Control room Engineers to overcome any anomaly of the MHS.
Other key responsibilities include enabling maintenance teams to perform tasks by providing technical expertise, allocating the daily workforce according to work orders, and troubleshooting any mechanical/electrical anomaly.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma/bachelor's degree in mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant, minimum 5 years of experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader in Material/Cargo/Baggage Handling Systems or in Process Automation / Industrial / Manufacturing Plants, and minimum 2 years of experience in leading & managing a team of technicians.
They should also have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in operations, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting of automated systems, and a strong understanding of any industrial 'Work order Management System'.
