Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our quality department at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring supplier quality performance at the plant level and reporting it.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and experience with supplier audits. They will also possess excellent analytical skills and be able to effectively identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor supplier quality performance at the plant level and report it.
  • Lead suppliers process audits and build the annual audit plan.
  • Follow up on critical parts lists and related supplier status.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years relevant experience in quality control/QC-related project deployment.
  • Familiarity with Schneider Electric products and equipment is an advantage.
  • Supplier engagement experience/exposure.
  • Goal-oriented (KPI driven).
