**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Al-Othman Holding Company. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and driving business growth through strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
