We are a reputable hospitality organization seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Housekeeping Director to lead our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing Operations Management
    • Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
    • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
  • Cleaning Standards Enforcement
    • Implement and monitor rigorous cleaning standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations.
    • Collaborate with the facilities management team to address any maintenance or repair issues that may impact housekeeping services.
  • Workforce Scheduling
    • Create and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
    • Develop strategies to minimize overtime and optimize staffing levels.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating purchasing and reordering as needed.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and improve quality.
  • Guest Liaison Services
    • Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
    • Foster positive relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Budgetary Oversight
    • Assist in budget planning and control for the housekeeping department, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
    • Analyze expenditure and develop strategies to reduce waste and optimize resources.
  • Safety and Security
    • Ensure all housekeeping practices adhere to health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for staff.
    • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background
    • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional Qualifications
    • Hold a BICS certificate; certification from other reputable organizations may be considered.
  • Work Experience
