PayerMax - Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at PayerMax. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for our payments product management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with channel partners, including financial institutions and payment processors, to develop and implement channel solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial, engineering, and target users, to deliver product functions and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as the lead liaison officer for Saudi Arabia PayerMax geographies and stakeholders, ensuring coordination and awareness of business objectives.
  • Develop and execute product strategies for Saudi Arabia in cooperation with country management, account teams, and cross-functional teams.
  • Build and present customer pitches, defining value propositions, business cases, and overall storylines.
  • Understand merchant needs and priorities, exploring potential merchant acquiring use cases.
  • Support and participate in post-launch marketing campaigns, reviews, and feedback incorporation.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of corporate products and services, including payment gateways, PTSP, online payments, digital wallets, and e-commerce.
  • At least 3 years of product experience within the fintech space and relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Good understanding of the global payment ecosystem, including cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and cash-based payment methods.
  • Strong project and relationship management skills, with experience managing simultaneous initiatives, multiple stakeholders, and multicultural environments.
  • Strong analytical and team working skills, with ability to identify issues and resolve them directly or through escalation.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with excellent writing and presentation skills for international environments at senior management level.
