Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth in the Western Region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing first-line managers and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to deliver sales performance and market expansion.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage first-line managers and KAMs to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share across diverse therapeutic areas, leveraging generic and multinational portfolios.
- Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and guiding the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and leverage market trends.

Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a National or Regional Sales Manager with a diverse portfolio.
- Strong track record of managing first-line managers and KAMs.
- Extensive experience in both private and government sectors within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Diverse regional experience across different territories, including generic and multinational pharmaceutical exposure.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated P&L management experience.
