About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Lifelinks. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs that communicate our brand's message.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaising with Clients

You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, timescales, and budgets. This will involve managing client expectations, developing concepts, and creating designs that meet their needs.

Design Development

You will be responsible for developing concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and reader needs. This will involve determining the size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.

Design Review and Feedback

You will prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief and review final layouts, suggesting improvements if required. You will also keep clients up to date, listen to and act on feedback, and explain the rationale behind graphic design decisions.

Staying Up-to-Date

You will be responsible for keeping up to date with design and software trends, ensuring that your skills and knowledge are current and relevant.

Collaboration with External Teams

You will liaise with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong portfolio of work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in design software and have a good understanding of design principles and best practices.
