Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful digital design projects and portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and platforms.
  • Experience working in the banking and/or financial services industry.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Product Design, or any related field.
  • A Master's degree is a plus.
