About the Role
As a Supply Chain Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of our products to customers across various locations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full supply chain cycle delivery for Organisation's need with safe and best quality delivery.
- Ensuring proper timely delivery and collections of goods while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any logistical issues that may arise during delivery.
- Packing goods according to work instructions and shipment requirements.
Requirements
- Primary or secondary education with a valid class 3 license and forklift certification. Class 4 certification is an added advantage.
- At least two years of experience in a delivery/logistics environment, warehouse, or store setting.
- Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
