We are seeking a seasoned and skilled professional to join our team as a Collection Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the collections team to meet monthly and annual collection targets while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the collections team to achieve set goals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and payments.
- Develop effective collection strategies and plans to minimize bad debts and meet financial objectives.
- Analyze financial data and collection reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure payment compliance.
- Follow up on legal actions when amicable settlement of debts is not possible.
Job Requirements and Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in collections management or a similar role.
