Job Summary
Khibraty is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business growth strategies that align with Khibraty's goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients and projects.
- Lead account service teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and implement relationship management strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong public sector experience and knowledge of Saudi Arabia's market.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
