Job Description

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing key clients' projects, ensuring successful delivery, and maintaining a strong client relationship. This role is critical to the success of the project and requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and a customer-centric approach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, allocating resources, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality deliverables, meeting client expectations and company standards.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular project reports, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project progress and status.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and marketing.
