Your responsibilities will include:

* Collaborating with design engineering to ensure manufacturing feasibility
* Providing detailed assessments and critical Design for Manufacture (DFM) reviews
* Translating high-level assembly goals into actionable design change requests
* Developing and implementing datuming and dimensional control strategies
* Conducting Virtual Build events to review assembly process and requirements
* Developing process documentation and completing PFMEA's and Quality Control Plans
* Implementing Lean Manufacturing and error-proofing strategies

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering)
* 5+ years of related experience developing and launching complex assembly processes
* Extensive proficiency creating written and pictorial documentation of manufacturing processes
* Ability to influence outcomes and drive initiatives in complex environments
* Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint and Proficiency with CATIA, 3DX experience
