Cost Consultant Specialist

AESG is a multidisciplinary specialist consultancy offering innovative solutions to clients' challenges. As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within the Fire and Life Safety division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting letters in Arabic to various stakeholders.
  • Establishing a robust filing system for efficient information retrieval.
  • Tracking action items to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assisting the Line Manager in day-to-day tasks.
  • Calendar management to ensure optimal time utilization.
  • Creating engaging slides, meeting notes, and essential documents.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Planner, etc.)
  • Excellent communication abilities that foster collaboration.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively with outstanding follow-up skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant administration experience, ideally with a Civil Defense Consultant (Preferred).
