Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team at Kempinski Hotels. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-in and Check-out: Welcome and register guests, assign rooms, and accommodate special requests in a friendly and caring manner, adhering to Kempinski and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that LQA results are above 85% by maintaining high standards of service and quality.
- Front Office Operations: Handle all front office cashiers' transactions, including posting charges to guests and exchanging foreign currency, while maintaining accurate records and balancing cash floats.
- Guest Requests and Inquiries: Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing information and taking appropriate actions or referring matters to relevant personnel.
- Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with the housekeeping department to update room status, notify of late check-outs, early check-ins, and special requests.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Stay informed about hotel products and services, as well as daily and meeting activities, to provide guests with accurate information and recommendations.
- Room Reservation Procedures: Possess a working knowledge of room reservation procedures to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
- Working Environment: Maintain a clean and organized working area, adhering to hotel standards and policies.
