How You Will Contribute
You will contribute to the success of our regional office by delivering administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will work closely with the regional manager and other staff members to achieve this goal.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage office accounting and monitor purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Provide administrative support to the regional manager and other staff members.
- Be an expert by serving as the main point of contact for any questions related to the office, management, and staff.
- Foster community by scheduling and coordinating meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other events, and keeping staff informed of office activities and deadlines.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of administrative and/or office management experience, including customer-related and supervisory experience or an equivalent combination thereof.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management, staff, and departments.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
