**Job Profile**

MENA Recruit Pty Ltd is recruiting for a Legal Operations Specialist in the Middle East. This role will provide expert advice to clients on legal operations transformation projects in the Middle East region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal services, with experience working within the legal services market and knowledge of the provision of legal services either within a law firm environment or within an in-house capacity.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results. The ability to work under pressure, to tight timescales with a sense of urgency, is also essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting client-facing workshops, mapping existing workflows, identifying process improvements, and designing implementation plans.

They will also be expected to project manage consultancy advice support provided by colleagues as subject matter experts, including legal technologists, lawyers, consultants, and other stakeholders.

**Key Requirements**

  • Arabic - Ideally Saudi national;
  • Experience working within the legal services market and knowledge of the provision of legal services either within a law firm environment or within an in-house capacity;
  • Good understanding of legal tech tools such as contract lifecycle management, document automation, expert logic systems, and machine learning/AI;
  • Experience in project management techniques and process mapping;
  • Effective personal organizational and time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demands and priorities workloads across a range of ongoing projects;
