Senior Solution Architect ARIS

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. As a key member of our presales team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing strategic ARIS opportunities in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as a passionate advocate for Business Process Management (BPM) and lead cross-functional teams throughout the customer buying journey.
  2. Engage in C-level discussions to articulate the value and benefits of our solutions and BPM strategies.
  3. Provide expert guidance on BPM best practices and solution implementation to customers.
  4. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our tool's capabilities.
  5. Address customer inquiries and respond to RFPs and RFIs with precision.
  6. Develop industry-specific or use case-specific showcases to highlight solution effectiveness.
  7. Collaborate with product and development teams to align customer feedback with product enhancements.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position our BPM solution effectively.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members on BPM best practices and solution delivery.
  10. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
  11. Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote our BPM solutions and gather market insights.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience as a BPM practitioner in roles such as presales, consulting, or as a BPM expert.
  2. Deep expertise or strong familiarity with BPM disciplines such as Process Modeling, Process Mining, Simulation, Process Governance, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, and related methodologies.
  3. Proven ability to effectively present technology solutions to executive-level stakeholders, with a focus on value-driven selling and business impact.
  4. Hands-on experience with ARIS or similar BPM tools, with the ability to demonstrate and configure these platforms.
  5. Strong technical acumen to address customer inquiries on topics such as product architecture, security, and integration.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand customer challenges and propose effective BPM solutions.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
  8. Ability to stay current with the latest BPM trends, tools, and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation in customer solutions.
