Job Title: Senior Solution Architect ARIS

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to join our team in Riyadh. As a key member of our presales team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing strategic ARIS opportunities in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Process Management (BPM) Advocacy: Act as a passionate advocate for BPM, leading and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the customer buying journey.
  2. C-Level Engagement: Engage in C-level discussions to articulate the value and benefits of our solutions and BPM strategies.
  3. Customer Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on BPM best practices and solution implementation.
  4. Presentation and Demonstration: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our tool's capabilities.
  5. Customer Inquiries and RFPs: Address customer inquiries and respond to RFPs and RFIs with precision.
  6. Proof of Concepts and Value: Deliver high-quality Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoV) projects.
  7. Industry-Specific Showcases: Develop industry-specific or use case-specific showcases to highlight solution effectiveness.
  8. Product Alignment: Collaborate with product and development teams to align customer feedback with product enhancements.
  9. Industry Trends and Competitive Landscape: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position our BPM solution effectively.
  10. Mentorship and Training: Mentor and train junior team members on BPM best practices and solution delivery.
  11. Sales Strategies and Go-to-Market Plans: Contribute to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
  12. Industry Events and Conferences: Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote our BPM solutions and gather market insights.

Requirements:

  1. BPM Experience: 5+ years of experience as a BPM practitioner in roles such as presales, consulting, or as a BPM expert.
  2. BPM Disciplines: Deep expertise or strong familiarity with BPM disciplines such as Process Modeling, Process Mining, Simulation, Process Governance, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, and related methodologies.
  3. Presentation and Communication: Proven ability to effectively present technology solutions to executive-level stakeholders, with a focus on value-driven selling and business impact.
  4. ARIS Experience: Hands-on experience with ARIS or similar BPM tools, with the ability to demonstrate and configure these platforms.
  5. Technical Acumen: Strong technical acumen to address customer inquiries on topics such as product architecture, security, and integration.
  6. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand customer challenges and propose effective BPM solutions.
  7. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
  8. Industry Trends and Methodologies: Ability to stay current with the latest BPM trends, tools, and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation in customer solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. ARIS Implementation Experience: Experience with using or implementing ARIS (absolute plus) or a similarly mature product.
  2. Transformation and Operational Excellence Experience: Experience with being part of key transformation, operational excellence, compliance, or risk management projects as a consultant and subject matter expert or as a project manager or as both.
  3. Language Skills: Business fluent in English and Arabic.
