- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate databases, job postings, and interview schedules.
- Provide regular recruitment reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment and employment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on talent acquisition and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of recruitment software and systems.
