Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the Regional HR Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
    • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize Excel and Power BI to analyze data and generate insightful reports for decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and HR metrics.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports by compiling data and performing detailed analyses.
  3. Project Management:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
  4. Communication and Coordination:
    • Act as a liaison between the Regional HR Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the organization.
    • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  5. Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the HR office.

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Business Administration or any related field, Bachelor Degree is preferable.

Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the field of Secretarial work.
