Jasara Program Management Company is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our team. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Projects Controls Senior Director in overseeing all aspects of Planning, Document Control, Quality, Risk and Reporting Functions.

You will work closely with the Projects Controls Senior Director to manage packages from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality adherence, and efficient resource utilization. This includes collaborating with Project Directors and their teams, contractors, and consultants to facilitate smooth project delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • You will collaborate with the Projects Controls Senior Director and Project Teams to define project scope, goals, and objectives.
  • You will be responsible for managing project timelines and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
  • You will monitor and check on critical project activities, including design, permitting, construction, quality control, and risk management.
  • You will lead the integration of project schedules, identifying key interfaces, challenges, and mitigating schedule interface challenges.
  • You will coordinate with the Senior Manager Risks on project risks, delays, and issues, providing timely solutions.
  • You will analyze EOT claims and gather relevant counterclaim information.
  • You will develop and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • You will foster weekly project progress reports and updates for key stakeholders.
  • You will facilitate regular Project Controls functional meetings.
  • You will assist in developing project communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Building Science.
  • 15+ years of experience in project controls, project management in mixed-use construction, and related fields.
  • Extensive experience using P6 for complex claim analysis.
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with expertise in team management.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, and experience working with project management software.
  • Able to develop and maintain productive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements applicable to mixed-use construction or related projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure, delivering results within tight deadlines.
  • Saudi experience is preferred, with availability in the local market desired.
