Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish critical goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) with clients to drive business outcomes
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Design and implement comprehensive plans to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our solutions
  • Present the value proposition and product features to audiences ranging from senior executives to technical stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in handling end-to-end customer relationships, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and delivering results
  • Excellent organization, project management, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
