We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Lead the implementation of crucial digital marketing initiatives aligning with global and regional strategic goals.
  3. Manage social media presence across various platforms to maximise online exposure and engagement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling digital campaigns and content enhancing customer experience and brand interaction.
  5. Oversee website content management and optimisation for improved user experience and conversion rates.
  6. Work closely with Revenue and Distribution departments to ensure seamless product delivery and maximise customer engagement.
  7. Analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for data-driven decision-making.
  8. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies for market competitiveness.
  9. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles with successful campaign management track record.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills using data to drive marketing decisions and demonstrate ROI.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills collaborating effectively across departments.
  • Experience in brand management and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language knowledge is a plus.
