Job Title: Orthopedic Specialist

Department: Orthopedics

Job Summary:

As an Orthopedic Specialist at a top-tier hospital in Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive musculoskeletal care, including diagnosis and treatment of bone and joint conditions. Your role will involve leading patient care, fostering innovation, contributing to research and education initiatives, and upholding the hospital's commitment to excellence in orthopedic care.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality musculoskeletal care to patients.
  • Offer consultative services as requested.
  • Supervise fellows, staff, and residents.
  • Participate in training and teaching of residents and fellows.
  • Contribute to research activities.
  • Participate in committees and administrative functions.
  • Perform special procedures as privileged.
  • Follow hospital policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
  • Completion of required training in specialty and/or subspecialty.
  • Saudi Arab or American/European Board Certification or equivalent.
  • Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent.
  • A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
  • Dataflow is a must.

Professional Experience:

  • Min. 3-4 years Post Board/Fellowship in specialty.
  • A registered member of the Saudi Board Council.

Language:

  • Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
