Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Expert to lead our business development efforts in the KSA market. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with sales leadership and pre-sales support teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business development strategies for digital transformation initiatives.
  2. Build and grow accounts, generating recurring revenue through strategic partnerships.
  3. Maintain an opportunity pipeline to meet quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets.
  4. Regularly report sales forecasts to Channel Management teams and ensure Objective & Key Responsibilities (OKRs) are met at all times.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in business development of digital transformation solutions for manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth through innovation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic.
