About the Role
This is a Continuous Applicant Pool for Business Support Officers to provide services in our Resources Business Centres. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality customer service, communicating complex information to clients, and performing administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate complex service options to clients using oral communication skills and active listening skills.
- Interrogate Department databases and product systems to deliver quality customer service.
- Undertake financial activities including receipting, reconciling and banking, purchasing and payment of invoices.
- Perform administrative duties including maintaining registers, opening incoming mail, and preparing outgoing mail.
Requirements:
- The possession of a current C class driver's licence is essential.
- Travel away from the centre may be required.
