Job Summary:
The Airport Operation Liaison Manager will lead the development, management, and implementation of processes to effectively manage interactions with all KSIA Airport Operational stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance Facilitation: Ensure adherence to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) regulations and standards.Security Authority Engagement: Act as the main liaison and interface point of contact with relevant security and aviation authorities.Establish Processes and Procedures: Develop and implement processes and procedures to effectively manage engagement and communication with Airport Operations stakeholders.RACI Matrix: Create a Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) Matrix to clarify roles and responsibilities.Communication: Ensure structured communication between workstreams, client departments, and internal and external stakeholders.Delivery Liaison: Coordinate with different Project teams, attend meetings to ensure smooth communication and progress on various activities.Workshops and Meetings: Coordinate and facilitate workshops, meetings, and working groups, ensuring accurate recording of meeting minutes.Action Tracking: Participate in weekly and monthly meetings for all projects, tracking required actions from stakeholders.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions and project developments.Status Reporting: Keep the Stakeholder Manager informed of potential delays in project completion or milestones.Other Duties: Undertake any other related duties consistent with the job title/position.Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering or international equivalent and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience: Prior experience and background in aviation operations is required.
- Skills: Self-motivation, independence, organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, communication skills, cultural competence, collaboration, outcome influence, pressure management, agility, analytical proficiency, conflict management, diversity advocacy, language proficiency, and technical proficiency.
