  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that all equipment operates within design capacity.
  • Set objectives, recruit qualified staff, manage performance, develop and motivate team members, and provide formal and informal feedback and appraisal.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and recommend improvements with a focus on maintenance processes & executions.
  • Ensure employee compliance to safety rules (PSM) and recommend additional revised rules as necessary.
  • Liaise with related functions/departments to conduct maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical.
  • 12 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 20 years of experience with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
