Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and raise awareness of Rewards Strategies and Processes.
  • Provide consultation to business partners and management on matters related to people, rewards structure, workforce plan, and cost management.
  • Support and revise job descriptions for relevant positions within the company, conducting analysis to determine appropriate salary levels based on compensation guidelines.
  • Assist in launching the annual compensation assessment and merit award process.
  • Maintain company structures, procedures, processes, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop and review workforce plans.
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and reviewing commission schemes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations by establishing effective plans to address employee matters.
  • Produce HR reports using advanced analytical tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Rewards or Data Analytics Roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Rewards current trends, theories, practices, and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems and rewards programs.
  • Intermediate analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.
  • Eager to learn.
