Main Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget estimates.
  2. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  3. Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to the planned scope, schedule, and budget.
  4. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and support during the design and construction phases.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Professional certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering roles, particularly in warehouse construction and automotive service centers.
