Job Summary:

The Dining Ambassador is responsible for creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests. This involves managing reservations, seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and lead them to their tables, setting the tone for a delightful dining experience.
  • Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize table usage and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions, showcasing our culinary expertise.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure seamless operations, guaranteeing that every guest receives attentive and personalized service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and assist with special requests, demonstrating our dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, reflecting positively on our brand image.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hospitality standards, prioritizing the well-being of our guests and staff.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • A friendly and professional attitude, consistently providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • The ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, handling multiple responsibilities with ease and efficiency.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus, allowing you to connect with a diverse range of guests.
