Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing all required digital marketing activities. This includes handling digital and marketing operations tasks for all campaigns, B2B & B2C activities to support meeting key KPIs such as revenue, brand awareness, corporate penetration, digital direct and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of digital and marketing operations requirements for assigned regions.
  • Execute critical end-to-end B2B & B2C campaign briefs, timelines and deliverables from planning, budgeting, creative assets development, post-campaign tracking reports.
  • Be the primary person responsible for updating key channel assets in a timely manner to display promotional offers, value-add and ancillary product propositions, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Run regular reports to monitor usage of assigned marketing budget for assigned region and associated returns on investment for activities.
  • Update calendar of all B2B & B2C activities as requested from management and tracks campaign budget and report to management team regularly.
  • Deliver performance reports of each channel with comprehensive dashboards and performance tracking tools for management to take relevant actions to ensure assigned region achieves objectives and KPIs for all B2B & B2C campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Strong experience required in marketing as well as digital.
  • Experience in corporate business acquisition, partnerships and loyalty marketing is required.
  • Ability to create and manage content in English and Arabic.
  • Experience organizing events.
