We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at VML Riyadh. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Account Team by fostering teamwork, developing the Account Team's career paths, and overseeing their work, focusing on their development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Account Team by fostering teamwork.
  • Develop the Account Team's career paths and oversee their work, focusing on their development.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business and industry.
  • Identify key market needs and challenges, recommend and adapt new strategies to respond to changing business trends.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in marketing or advertising specialization.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Executive within an agency.
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office.
  • Project management skills.
  • Time management skills.
